Ignorance Ignorance Ignorance.... she mentioned the two earlier cases where both people died. We all desperately hope the treatments given to this young boy works (as it did for a USA child some time ago), but to reiterate, how many people have died over all these years? Two. Yes just 2. How many people die in road accidents every week? Or other disasters? However, now there will be more bad press and more panic by many many people, and the poor flying fox / bat will suffer more bad publicity, when all these creatures want to do is live and do the work that keeps Australian trees and forests alive. Kill off the bats and flying foxes and the rain forests will die. Also they eat thousands upon thousands of insects every night. Also no other bird or bee can pollinate the rain forests, just these bats. Goodbye bats, goodbye trees.
